FullControl Continues Partnership with SmarterTools for IT Management Software
FullControl Network, Inc., a .NET hosting solutions provider announced today that it has renewed its partnership with SmarterTools, Inc., a company that develops IT management software catering to support operations.
Under the new terms of the partnership, new clients that sign up for dedicated linux server, virtual server or virtual data center solutions will get the SmarterTools software bundle at no extra charge. The bundle will come with the latest versions of SmarterMail mail server, SmarterTrack customer service software and the SmarterStats Web log analytics tool. The bundle is valued at US$800.
Our goal is to provide clients with full control over hosting environments, says FullControl Network sales director Justin Tracy. The SmarterTools software bundle will not only give significant resource and value to clients but also the best services and support, he adds.
On the side of SmarterTools, the company’s VP for business operations, Jeff Hardy, said that it the company is pleased with the renewed partnership.
SmarterMail is an affordable alternative to Microsoft Exchange. It brings enterprise-level functionality to web hosting environments and ISPs. The application comes with features such as detailed reporting, rich Webmail interface, throttling, events and notifications, email archiving, advanced synchronization and intrusion detection and prevention among others.
SmarterStats, on the other hand, is a complete Web log analytics tool that provides support for a number of log file typs such as Apache and Internet Information Server (IIS) on both Linux and Windows operating systems. It also offers detailed website stats for both enterprise-level and small businesses, reducing disk space use by 85 percent.
Finally, SmarterTrack is a help desk application designed for managing, tracking and reporting customer service communications. It covers both sales and support concerns. The application comes with a ticket system, Live Chat, branding and language support, data mining, cost analysis and Knowledge Base among others.
