Many people get obsessed with trying to find the cheapest hotels when they visit Europe, but when they focus on hotels they are completely missing the even better deals at Europe hostels. These places used to be called youth hostels and they were started in Germany about 100 years ago so that poor students could travel around the country without spending a fortune. They would have a curfew at night, and be locked out during the day so they were forced to see the sights, but even worse they would often have chores to do as well.
The good news is that none of those things are true anymore, and you can save money at hostels all over Europe at any age and without having to worry about being assigned chores. Many people only think of hostels as places filled with dorm beds, and most places are based on that, but these days nearly every hostel also has private rooms for 1, 2, or 3 people as well. Sometimes these rooms have private bathrooms, and other times you are required to use the bathroom down the hall, but in either case they are almost always cheaper than nearby hotels, so this is one of your best money saving tricks of all for Europe.

In the beginning of the nineteen-hundreds Formula One Racing began with archaic cars & elder gentleman drivers, although the main Formula 1 event didn?t begin until the 1950’s. While the decades went by and the title improved, it quickly became apparent that F1 Motor Racing was the zenith for motorsport. The cars were the fastest, the knowledge was the most superior & the drivers were at the best of their health coming from nations all across the world.
With the allowance of sponsorship interest, Formula 1 took on it’s more universal form & can without a doubt lately be looked at of being huge business ? with monetary figures reaching millions & billions with little effort. With big success arrives politic affairs and occasionally it?s the contacts you are connected to & how much funds you have that acquires you what you fancy. Formula 1 Motor Racing is perforated with conspiracy theorists ? I will own up to being one of them ? but depending on how occupied you would like to get in the Formula One Motor Racing society, that part of things is easily neglected. What actually matters is what happens on the grand prix circuit.
Journeying all across the earth for nearly eight months of the year, Formula One Racing calls many different countries large and small, affluent and underprivileged with impressive scenery’s, glamorous people and bags of native culture to be soaked up. A race weekend covers Friday, Saturday and Sunday, a F1 Racing weekend is a hard journey, from early testing, to the concluding laps of the F1 motor race. For detailed guides and profiles about F1 Circuits, then visit F1Tribute.com today.
The traditional organisation features a motor race every two-weeks. Now & again the F1 calendar is changed with a little bit and there are F1 motor races on one after another weekends, or occasionally you have to go lots of weeks before seeing the well-known F1 racing drivers again. When it is time for the next Formula One motor race, you can observe the news for your desired constructor as they reach their destination. Friday is made up of practice sessions, Saturday is for qualifying and Sunday is for the racing event.

Hello everyone! Have you ever been curious about something, and wanted to learn about it? If you’re like me, I am a pretty curious fellow, I really like to learn.
Where is the best place to start finding the information you are looking for? My choice for information gathering is the Internet!
Where do you start your search for information? I use search engines, my favorite is Google. No, I am not plugging Google I believe it is a great search engine.
Do you use key words and phrases to find your information? Hah, I do to, it’s the easiest way to find what I want know, and the fastest way to find it.
In general this method is how each person in the world finds information on the internet. Well yah, you may have an alternate plan, an e-mail with a link, or a website in your favorites folder that has the information, or more links to the information.
You must agree at least 98% of the surfers on the internet use search engines to find what they want?
When you search, you insert your key words, than call up the search page which has top 20 listings of websites that match your search criteria. If you do not find what you want do you turn to more pages, or pick from the top 20? Yah, I also pick from one of the top 20 listings; it’s a lot faster.
Imagine for a moment; you own a business. How much traffic is directed to your website from being listed in the top 20 of your search criteria? Wow, with the right key words, phrases, niche product, and a theme based website; that is a lot of traffic to your website.
Can you imagine having your target population zeroing in and finding your target specific power packed content? How much of that traffic you could convert to buyers? The people who come to your web site searched for what you offer, and found your website!
Shazaam! Now that is PROFIT POWER!
So you gotta have; an in-demand niche focused product, that offers a solution to the customer situation. Competition for business will be lower, and will be easier for your targeted and interested population to find your website. Yah, and I bet your saying that would be great. The traffic would find your website; traffic is the premium go-go juice that energizes your website!
Now we are talkin’ about the kind of website that the search engines just love to list in the top spots. You can provide over the top content rich information that the customers are searching for. We are talkin’ about the exact type of information or services that builds trust and credibility with your visitors on the internet. Well that is all fine and dandy, but theirs more to it than that. You gotta’ have the right tools, and process to do the job.
The right tools are important, but you gotta’ have the right process. Well this is your lucky day I have discovered a hidden secret called Site Build It! I call it SBI and it provides you with the cutting edge innovations, and completely integrated system! It has all the necessary bells and whistles for site building-and marketing tools (all in one). You also have accessible to you a clearly written Action Guide, along with a guru-in-your-ear online help, that becomes your virtual guide to outline the process in step-by-step detail.
Ok, you can be a member of the 2% of highly successful businesses that succeed on the internet, or you can be part of the 98% of businesses that fail.
Yah see, the 2% that succeed on the Net build targeted, interested traffic by providing the type of high value content that their visitors are searching for and that the Search Engines love to list in the top levels. The high quality content warms up the customer or PREsells the customer, so the PREsold customer is ready to becomes a sale.

Oneness in Marriage (Part 2) [Part 1 — submitted July, 2005]
If “oneness” is one of the primary goals of marriage (”the two
shall become one flesh…”), let’s explore some of the thngs
that thwart or hinder “oneness” in marriage.
There are many reasons why a couple might fail to achieve
oneness: * All of the sins which are rooted in the unholy
trinity, namely, “me, myself, and I.” All of the hypenated
“self” sins, like: selfish, self-centered, self-interest, self-
concern, self-focused, etc. * Various “flesh patterns” and
“coping strategies” which we develop over our lifetimes which
are aimed at “making life work the way we think it should work
or the way we think we deserve it to work” … another way to
say it is, “making life work apart from God and His ways.” *
Failing to deal properly with unmet expectations and differences.
The “self” sins are fairly easy to understand. Anytime I am more
focused on myself and what I want as opposed towhat God wants or
what is best for the marital relationship, I will hinder the
ability to connec t with my spouse.
Flesh patterns and coping strategies are developed over a
lifetime. They grow out of our fears, insecurities and wounds.
An example might be that a man is “passive” in his marriage. If,
as a young man, he was criticized by his parents or if he
believed that he does not know exactly what to do in a given
situation, then instead of moving into the “chaos” of life, he
will choose tobe passive or withdraw. The truth is he may choose
this path of passivity simply because he does not want to risk
rejection and criticism from his wife. He may have an idea of
what to do but he just isn’t willing to take a risk by acting on
his thoughts, ideas, or potential solutions.
Another example of a “flesh pattern” is a woman is when a woman
becomes controlling. Often the root of control in women is FEAR
which they are not conscious of. She is afraid of life in
general and all the things that can go wrong in life. So, she
has convinced herself that if she is in control she can minimize
the amount of hurt that touches her life.
Both of these patterns are not what God desires of a man or
woman in marriage (or even in life in general.) However, the
great thing about God is that He will allow people to use these
faulty, flesh patterns. God ultimately wants these patterns to
be exposed for what they are. God wants every person to be able
to recognize the ways they attempt to make life work and
exchange the sick and faulty ones for His way of doing things.
EXPECTATIONS: An expectation is a desire or mental picture that
is not always communicated and which, when goes unfulfilled,
produces significant emotional distress. We all enter marriage
with certain expectations. Sometimes we express these
expectations and sometimes we are not aware that they exist.
A woman may enter marriage with the expectation that the new
husband will continue to give her the same amount of attention
and care that he gave her during their courtship. A man may have
an expectation that the house will be spotless and that a hot
meanl will be on the table every evening.
Almost every couple has experienced a “season” when their flesh
patterns, coping strategies, differences and diverse backgrounds
and expectations collide. When this happens, it would be good
for the new couple to see it as AN OPPORTUNITY for them to draw
near to God and allow God to expose what is really going on …
what the real, deep dynamics are. However, all too often, each
partner will begin to justify their flesh patterns or will
defend their rights or will excuse their differences, rather
than stepping back and taking a long, hard look at what is root
problem between them.
A good rule-of-thumb is that if I react strongly to someone the
issue is not reallyh about them as much as it is about me.
Something in me is coming to the surface and God is just using
the other person in order to expose this hidden area or thought
or belief or dynamic within me. When we choose to look at it
this way, it explains “marriage is God’s chief sanctifying tool.”
Instead of blaming or attacking each other, consider looking at
the root of the issue. Start with yourself. Ask God to show you
what is going on. Then, bring your issue to Him and/or confess
and repent when necessary. The closer you are to God the more
you will be able to draw near to your spouse and experience the
“oneness” that God desires for you in your marriage.
Exercises: 1. What are some way that you try to make life work
or try to feel good about yourself apart from God? 2. What were
some of the expectations you had when you first got married? 3.
How did you develop these expectations? 4. Have the expectations
proven to be “realistic?” Why/why not? 5. How do you, as a
couple, handle your disappointments and differences?

It is estimated that up to 80% of the population has experienced
or will experience at least one bout of low back pain in their
life.(7) So, it would be wise to warm-up the spine thoroughly
prior to physical activity, but how? In this article, I will
share with you 3 simple methods that you can use with your
clients to prepare their spines for exercise.
Foam Roll
In the book, The Development of Muscular Bulk & Power, Anthony
Ditillo recommends simply laying on a flat bench with your arms
behind your head and eyes closed for 15 minutes prior to a
workout. During this time, he advises utilizing visualization of
the upcoming workout to encourage a positive state and enhance
performance.(3) By the way, this book was originally published
in 1971 and much of the information still holds true today - it
is an excellent read! Charles Poliquin, a highly successful
strength coach, takes this a step further by having his athletes
lay on a 6-inch foam roll also for 15 minutes before their
workout to help decompress the spine by opening up the
intervertebral spaces. Apparently, laying on the foam roll -
referred to as a spine roller by physiotherapists - lengthwise
along the spine will help restore normal spinal curvatures since
gravity acts downwards, straightening the spine at the apex of
excessive curvatures (generally reducing kyphosis.)(4) Since
this method allows for optimal nerve conduction, Poliquin claims
that it will increase strength by up to 3%.(6)
I have found that a greater effect is achieved if the base of
the skull (i.e. suboccipital area) is placed at the edge of the
roll causing slight cervical extension. This seems to pull the
spine allowing a greater decompressive effect. Try it both ways
and see if you can feel the difference.
For small individuals, use a child’s swim noodle - you know, the
one they float on when swimming - which can be purchased for a
few dollars at any Wal-Mart store. Larger individuals should
invest in a 6- inch foam roll; you can purchase one from Fitter
International (visit www.fitter1.com or call 1-800-FITTER1).
Camel/Cat Exercise
The camel and “mad” cat are 2 classic exercises which stretch
the abdominals and back respectively and are prescribed in many
rehabilitation programs. Dr. Stuart McGill, a spinal
biomechanist and professor at the University of Waterloo,
recommends this series of exercises to “floss” the nervous
system and reduce viscosity. Perform 5- 6 cycles and do not
press the end range (make sure to involve the cervical spine.)
McGIll stresses that this method is not a stretch, but rather
gentle motion. By getting nerves to move, they can create their
own space; it’s not enough to just stretch them! Also, it is a
good idea to avoid these exercises first thing in the morning.
Wait at least one hour after awakening. That is the critical
period since your tissue is superhydrated at that point
resulting in an 18% loss of strength in the spine and risk of
injury is heightened!(5)
Pelvic Rocks on a Swiss ball
Pelvic rocks are actually an extension of the camel/cat exercise
described above; however, they are not limited to just one plane
of movement. Rehabilitation specialist, Paul Chek, recommends
this series of exercises as a method to pump fresh fluid through
the spinal discs to nourish the tissues.(1) Pelvic rocks involve
forward & backward, side-to- side, and circular movements on the
Swiss ball.(2) The goal with this (and any other active warm-up
for that matter) is to gradually increase speed and range of
motion. Basically, cue “further” and “faster” to your clients as
they progress. If practiced enough, they may even improve their
dancing skills!
There you have it - three easy methods to warm-up the spine for
activity. Keep in mind that I have not touched upon any
stretches (visit http://
www.strengthwarmup.com/index.cfm?t=DVD.Articles for an in-depth
discussion on stretching). However, if you are currently
experiencing some form of low back pain, then you should
practice all these exercises on a regular basis. For
preventative measures and to possibly increase strength, perform
at least one of the methods before your workout. Really, how
hard is it to lay on a foam roll for a few minutes? Your spine
will thank you.
Note: John Paul has a DVD available with demonstrations of
all the warm-up techniques and drills mentioned in this article.

The facility used to master the CD is nearly as important as the engineer. CD mastering facilities are distinct from recording studios, and while a facility can include both recording and mastering equipment, most high-end CD mastering facilities are separate. The type of equipment used in different CD mastering facilities varies greatly. Some facilities use all analog equipment; others only use digital gear, while others have both kinds of devices.
Many CD mastering engineers think it is a good idea to use a different facility for recording and mastering. Furthermore, many believe that it is advisable for completely different people to record the CD and to master it so that the artist has different people provide feedback. It is always smart to get some fresh ears to give input that the producer and mixer of the recording may not think of. Of course, the recording artist should have a hand in all aspects of the production, from recording through mastering.
CD mastering facilities differ from recording studios in some very important ways. Mastering facilities are not usually acoustically designed in the same ways that recording studios are. For instance, mastering studios usually have large consoles and monitoring devices that would impede recording. There is usually less variance in the gear found in mastering studios.
CD mastering facilities normally have either analog or digital gear. While both types have their advocates and detractors, either type can be used to create great sounding CDs. Analog equipment is more old-fashioned, but creates warm, organic sounds. On the other hand, digital technology has begun to replace analog in most areas of production, and many people believe that recording and mastering will be completely digital in the future. Part of the reason is that digital processors and monitors are useful for making very precise adjustments and for eliminating extraneous sounds from a recording.
CD mastering facilities are state-of-the-art rooms designed to provide the best environment for hearing every aspect of a recording. An adequate mastering facility used by a knowledgeable engineer can make a good mix into a phenomenal master.
CD Mastering Info provides detailed information on CD mastering engineers, facilities, and software, as well as online and free CD mastering. CD Mastering Info is affiliated with Original Content.

There is an image most people carry of the artist (think Van Gough’s self-portrait, the one with his ear bandaged), working in solitude in a barren garret in a dark corner of the city. Everyday is a struggle. He continually walks between moments of brilliance and moments of insanity. It’s a romantic image, I suppose. Built around the belief that an artist must suffer for his art.
This applies not only to the painter, mind you, but also to the actor, the dancer, the photographer, the writer. We all must suffer for our art.
But image and reality are often two different things. Writing, for example, does NOT have to be a torturous process of endurance and pain. In fact, it should be exactly the opposite. Liberating. Joyous. Enlightening. Why else would you want to invest so much of yourself in it?
So let’s take a closer look at a few common writing myths.
This first one actually applies in all areas of a person’s life. Simply stated: Having a big ego is a bad thing. It’s unbecoming. It’s boastful. It puts you in a negative light.
The truth is … if you want to be a success at anything, you need an ego. It motivates you, keeps you moving, pushes you to do your best. It’s not your enemy. It’s your ally.
The key to making it work for you is to keep it directed inward. Pump yourself up silently. Let it fill you with pride and a sense of possibilities. That’s what the ego does best. Used wisely, it will move you toward your writing goals, not away from them.
Our next common writing myth is one you hear all the time: you have to write something original.
What is originality?
There’s only one thing in the world that can make your work original. That’s you. Because that’s all you have to bring to the table as a writer. Who you are. Your history. Your experiences. Your family. Your beliefs.
When a publisher says he wants something original, he’s saying he wants something fresh, something that reflects you the writer. He wants your voice, your honesty. The world already has a Stephen King and a Mary Higgins Clark and a John Grisham. It doesn’t need more of them.
Our final common writing myth (though there is no shortage of such myths, we are limited by space): the slower you write, the more time you spend with each and every word, the better your writing will be.
The catch to this one is simple: there’s a time and place for writing, and there’s a time and place for editing.
When you mix the two activities (which are very different in their requirements and purpose), you rarely do either one justice. If anything will suffer, it will be your writing. Because suddenly you’ll be under the constraints of the editor sitting on your shoulder. You’ll be fretting over the words while losing perspective on the more important elements of the story. Does the scene work? Are your characters being true to their nature? Does this move the story forward?
The truth is this: your writing will ALWAYS be better when you write in the moment. Remember when you were a child? When you could spend hours building a sand castle or playing catch or flying a kite? Those were moments when nothing else in the world existed because you were completely absorbed in the activity. Write with that same captivation, as if each scene were unfolding right before your eyes, and you’ll find your writing will not only be vivid and powerful, it will flow faster than you ever imagined possible.
Writing does not have to be a torturous, exacting process.
Allow yourself to have fun with it, and you’ll be a better writer for the effort.

If you’ve been trying to build your coaching practice and attract clients for a while now you’ve probably clicked onto a common downside. It can sometimes take a lot of time and effort to move people from prospects to clients in your practice can’t it? However, there’s a neat short cut I’d like to share with you that will speed up the process a little.
Remember a fundamental and very basic business principle is that people do business with people they know, like and trust. The challenge is that it can take a lot of time to develop the essential knowing, liking and trusting factors. Here’s a neat way to shorten the curve…
Find Strategic Alliance Partners
Who?
Find people who are already in contact with prospective clients in your target market and are already well known, liked and trusted by them. Then look for ways that you can share something that benefits all parties - your prospective client, your ’strategic alliance partner’ and of course your good self.
Here are 3 things to consider about your target market. Who else is in contact with your potential clients…
1. Before they work with you - Where do potential clients in your target market go before they come to work with you?
For example, before clients come to work with me, they’ve most probably been trained by a coach training organization. Who do your clients go to before they come to you?
2. When they work with you - Who else serves your prospective client during the time that they work with you?
For example, a health coach may find that their clients join a health club or gym during the same time that they receive health coaching.
3. After they work with you - Where do your clients go after they have worked with you? Are there businesses that your clients naturally move onto when they’ve finished working with you?
For example, a relationship coach may find that their clients move on to get married (or even divorced) after they’ve completed a series of coaching sessions with them.
Present a Win-Win-Win
So your task is simple. Find people who are already known, liked and trusted by prospective clients you want to work with and then find ways that you can present a win-win-win deal to them. What can you create that benefits your strategic alliance partner, their clients and you too?
